Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship to most countries around the world.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, you’ll need to request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, your order cannot be modified—but you can always return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
During holidays or sale periods, processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. We’ll send you a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow it along the way.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, local customs may charge duties or taxes when your order arrives. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If this happens, please email us with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging. We’ll review your case quickly and make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.
